PTAB의 시범 프로그램 수정 신청: 초기 결과 검토
우리는 수정청구(MTA) 시범 프로그램의 초기 결과를 분석한 결과, 아직 개발 초기 단계이며 향후 결과가 새로운 통찰을 가져올 수 있음에도 불구하고, 적어도 현재로서는 특허권자가 재발행 또는 일방적 재심사 같은 대체 방식을 활용하는 것이 더 유리할 수 있다고 결론지었습니다.
