He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice. During law school, Mr. Meckstroth was a summer associate with Foley. He also clerked in the legal department at UnitedHealth Group’s corporate headquarters in Minnetonka, Minnesota, where he researched issues related to employer and individual insurance law, including the impacts of the Affordable Care Act.
