Delahunty Named President Elect of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Chapter
Foley Orlando Partner Terry Delahunty has been named President Elect of the Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Delahunty will help lead the NAIOP’s Central Florida chapter in its mission to promote responsible, sustainable development that creates employment and to represent the interests of the commercial real estate industry. He previously served as vice president and a board member of the chapter and chairs its Legislative Affairs Committee.
The NAIOP is a leading trade association dedicated to representing the interests of developers, owners, investors and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate. Founded in 1967, NAIOP has more than 14,000 members in 53 North American chapters. With 300 members, Central Florida ranks as the nation’s 17th largest chapter.
