Dudas Quoted on Patent Litigation Reform

Foley Partner Jon Dudas was quoted in an article titled “Patent Bill Pushed to Boost Economy, Lawmakers Say” in the March 3, 2009 issue of Bloomberg. Dudas speaks on a bill reintroduced by U.S. lawmakers to reform patent litigation, noting that lawmakers have a tough road ahead to reach a compromise. He adds that legislators are in agreement on most issues regarding the bill and are working together to find a middle ground.
