Nathaniel (Nate) Lacktman, a member of Foley’s Health Care Industry Team and the Corporate Compliance & Enforcement Practice, was appointed by the Health Law Section of the Florida Bar to serve on the Florida Bar’s FICPA Liaison Committee and represent the Health Law Section. The Liaison Committee is composed of lawyers from a number of Sections of the Florida Bar, along with accountants from the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves to foster active exchanges and involvement between lawyers and accountants in the areas of legislation, CLE, publications, networking and projects focused on relevant substantive topics.
