In addition to immigration-specific advice, as a full-service firm Foley offers its clients immediate, in-house access to the entire range of legal professionals that may be needed to resolve issues that arise during and after the immigration process, including labor and employment, tax, and corporate counsel. The firm also provides clients with value-added legal service by leveraging its relationships with current and former government agency employees, including those in the U.S. Foreign Service, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of State, in order to successfully attain immigrant and non-immigrant visas and resolve problems that arise in specific cases on the agency level.
