The Dallas Business Journal spoke with Gardere Hospitality Chair Clifford J. Risman about one of downtown Dallas' prized properties, The Joule, earning this year's top honor at the 2013 Dallas Hotel Conference. "The Joule is the catalyst of what's been happening with the CBD," Mr. Risman said. "Without The Joule, we'd be dead in the central business district."
The Dallas Hotel Conference took place on Nov. 14, 2013 at the Omni Dallas Hotel and annually features panels and presentations from a plethora of hospitality thought leaders, including top industry executives.
