Partner Jaime Guerrero was quoted in an InsideCounsel article published on July 21, 2014, titled “FedEx Indictment Debated.” The article examined the recent federal grand jury indictment of FedEx for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. Regarding FedEx’s statements about the risk to privacy and government intrusiveness, Guerrero was quoted saying, “It’s a very good argument…but the right of privacy only goes so far.”
