Fox 4 News spoke with Gardere Trial Partner Peter S. Vogel about the suit by former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura against the estate of the late Navy SEAL Chris Kyle. "One thing is that [Jesse Ventura] has to prove it never happened," Mr. Vogel said. "He is suing to get damages from the proceeds of the book and also the movie that is being produced right now, so I think it's a bit more complicated than that. Plus, isn't this an opportunity for Jesse to get on the headlines?"
