Partner Richard Stoll was quoted in an Inside EPA article, “Industry Attorney Signals Attacks on EPA Coal Ash Rule,” on May 7, 2015. The article discussed how the Environmental Protection Agency’s final coal ash rule is likely to lead to litigation over the “surprise” provision, which governs large-scale reuse of the material.
