Compiled by the American City Business Journals, the list recognizes the top energy leaders throughout the United States. This marks Mr. Bracken’s third appearance among the energy industry’s most influential players and the second for Mr. Sarfatis.

Mr. Sarfatis is a seasoned corporate lawyer who works extensively with public and privately held clients in the highly capital-intensive energy sector. He represents buyers, sellers, investors, joint ventures and other entities in sophisticated venture capital investment transactions, contract negotiations, and securities and general business matters. Mr. Sarfatis is known for his strong business sense and has earned a reputation for efficiency and practicality.
Mr. Bracken’s litigation practice focuses on commercial, construction, copyright infringement, wrongful death and personal injury disputes, particularly those related to oil and gas exploration and production. He has represented individuals and businesses in both personal injury and commercial litigation matters in trials, appeals and arbitration proceedings.
The highly selective “Who’s Who in Energy” list is compiled by the editors of the Dallas Business Journal, the Houston Business Journal and sister publications in Denver, Pittsburgh and San Antonio, and includes 100 professionals from each respective city. Honorees were selected based on open nominations, industry outreach and internal research by each publication.
