Alexis Robertson Discusses Holistic Recruitment Efforts

Foley & Lardner LLP Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Alexis Robertson is quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “ABA Pushes Big Law on Diversity With Recruiting Guidance,” offering her perspective on the American Bar Association’s recently issued report urging law firms to adopt a more holistic approach in legal recruiting.

Robertson emphasized that Foley has long prioritized holistic qualifications in associate recruiting. “This could be some really great support if you are a firm that is looking for something else to push you to becoming more thoughtful and more holistic,” she said.
