Jennifer Hennessy and Kate Wegrzyn Named Wisconsin Law Journal Women in the Law Honorees
Foley & Lardner LLP partners Jennifer Hennessy and Kate Wegrzyn are named 2025 Women in the Law honorees by Wisconsin Law Journal.
Hennessy is a data privacy and cybersecurity attorney who counsels clients ranging from multinational corporations to startups on all aspects of compliance with international, federal, and state data privacy and security laws. She advises clients on complex regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act, and guides organizations dealing with data privacy and cybersecurity breaches. Outside her practice, Hennessy devotes time to mentoring junior attorneys, recruitment, and pro bono legal service.
Wegrzyn, chair of Foley’s Supply Chain team, focuses her practice on complex commercial agreements and counseling clients on supply chain matters. She advises clients on a range of issues, including force majeure issues, pricing, procurement strategies, dealer and customer arrangements, licensing issues, and logistics and transportation. A member of Foley’s Manufacturing Sector Advisory Board, Wegrzyn empowers members of her team through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
Women in the Law honorees will be recognized at an event on April 25, 2025, in Milwaukee.
