Mr. Herdrich was a summer associate and law clerk with Foley’s Madison office (2013 – 2015), where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general transactional work for start-up companies and investment funds. He also worked as a student attorney for the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Mr. Herdrich served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Herdrich was the chief operating officer, co-founder, and board member of a start-up that created a digital media platform to help consumer-packaged goods brands engage with and target shoppers based on user-level buying data. He also served as the vice president of operations for a company that created a disruptive marketplace for consumer packaged goods manufacturers to sell directly to consumers. Mr. Herdrich began his professional career as an associate consultant for a global management consulting firm specializing in marketing, sales operations, and strategy. Education Mr. Herdrich received his law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (J.D., 2015), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as the note and comment editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.
