Foley Partner Judith A. Waltz will be a speaker at the American Conference Institute’s 3rd Annual Forum on Physician Payments Disclosure & Aggregate Spend, October 17-18, 2011 in New York, New York.

Ms. Waltz will be speaking on October 18, 2011 with Diane Cruz Burke, Assistant General Counsel of Eli Lilly and Company. Their session, “Case Study: Examining the Accelerated Reporting System Enacted Under a Corporate Integrity Agreement,” will provide insight into implementing cost effective and compliant reporting systems from companies who have been required to do so under recent Corporate Integrity Agreements.
