On Thursday, March 14, 2013 please join Foley's Energy and Environmental lawyers as they present a Web conference discussing siting considerations for renewable energy projects.

The presentation will address some of the most common siting issues that arise in the development of renewable projects, including issues associated property title, wetlands and endangered species. The panelists also will discuss best practices that can be utilized throughout the life of a renewable energy project to ensure that siting issues do not delay or halt those projects.
