Foley Of Counsel Donald Romano will be presenting at the University of Texas 31st Annual Health Law Conference on March 27th, 2019. Mr. Romano is presenting with Donna Clark, a partner at Morgan Lewis, in the “Deeper Dives”: Health Law and Compliance Essentials breakout session. Their presentation, titled “Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Update and Examples,” will updated attendees on the regulatory, administrative, case law, and enforcement actions related to the Stark and anti-kickback laws, and review examples of arrangements attracting scrutiny by the enforcement agencies.
