Foley’s Environmental Practice is hosting a three-part webinar series to illuminate the changes in environmental obligations for companies during COVID-19 and other times of uncertainty.

Development of an exit strategy is crucial not only to ensure these shutdowns are done in a safe and compliant manner, but to preserve the condition of the assets for eventual disposition.
