Partner Robert Weisbein was quoted in the Women’s Wear Daily article, “Fashion Week Legal Chatter: Barneys Lessons, Overseeing Influencers,” about how vigilant the Federal Trade Commission has been in enforcing rules about online fashion and product influencers.
