In this interview for Texas Lawyer, Rachel Steely details the legal considerations around employee mobility, and what that means for employers and attorneys.
Steely shares, “Managing partners should spend time understanding the concerns of their attorneys and staff to develop a flexible approach that allows for full secretarial and staffing coverage. Attorneys must become more tech savvy. Attorneys will also need to continually refresh skills on document revisions, drafting and searches.”
