The authors discuss the appointment of international adviser Rachel Brandenburger by the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, stating that the appointment may be a sign of the times as antitrust authorities are increasingly confronted with global issues. They add that the Justice Department’s hiring of Brandenburger is a step towards improved cooperation among international trust agencies.
