Senior Counsel Alissa Nann contributed an article to Law360 on March 4, 2016, “How Will the High Court Define ‘Actual Fraud’?” In the article, Nann discussed the Supreme Court case, Husky International Electronics v. Ritz, in which the court will decide whether the discharge exception for “actual fraud” requires the debtor to have made a false representation to the creditor.
