Spillane Quoted on GM Automotive Parts Suppliers

Foley Partner Thomas Spillane was quoted in an article titled “GM nears brink, pays parts firms before 6/1” in the May 14, 2009 issue of the Detroit Free Press. Spillane speaks on General Motors Corp.’s payments to parts suppliers prior to a June 1, 2009 deadline for GM to restructure its debt, adding that the payments provide suppliers with much needed cash as they struggle through significant volume reductions.
