Foley Partner Adam Wiensch was quoted in an article titled “Tax changes may create work” in the August 17, 2009 issue of the Wisconsin Law Journal. Wiensch discusses an expected drop in the federal estate tax exemption in 2011 to $1 million per individual. He notes that individuals and families previously unaffected by the estate tax will need to reevaluate their plans if the exemption decreases, adding that now is a good time to make adjustments that could help them avoid an estate tax hit in the future.
