Irwin Raij discussed Foley & Lardner’s representation of Guggenheim Baseball Management in its purchase of the Los Angeles Dodgers for a record-setting $2.15 billion in a video interview that appeared in Forbes on July 5, 2012. The firm’s involvement in this deal follows on the heels of its successful representation of Rangers Baseball Express LLC in its acquisition of the Texas Rangers, and the Ricketts family in its acquisition of the Chicago Cubs.
