Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP is pleased to announce that Attorneys Ashley W. Anderson and Jason Heep of the Firm's Dallas office and Rhonda Reed Weiner of the Firm's Houston office have been admitted as partners in the Firm effective April 1, 2013.

Real Estate Attorney Ashley W. Anderson's practice focuses on a broad range of commercial and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, formation of ownership entities and development of real estate projects. Her experience includes representing buyers and sellers as well as landlords and tenants. Ms. Anderson is a 2004 cum laude graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
Litigation Attorney Jason Heep represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with a specific focus on environmental litigation and insurance coverage litigation. A 2003 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Heep previously served as a Peace Corps volunteer and worked as an environmental engineer in Texas.
Litigation Attorney Rhonda Reed Weiner focuses her practice on civil litigation, concentrating on complex commercial litigation including oil and gas, maritime, energy, products liability and contractual disputes. She is a 2005 cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and previously worked as a senior laboratory technician in the field of genetics research.
