Partner Nathaniel Lacktman was quoted in a Fox News article, “DEA Blasted for No-Warrant Searches of Patient Records, Court Battle Heats Up,” on September 11, 2015. The article discussed the controversy after Drug Enforcement Administration agents accessed personal medical files without a warrant. Lacktman was quoted saying, “Conceivably, there is nothing more private than medical communications. This could have a chilling effect on patients, if they think their records could be subpoenaed without probably cause.”
