Barth Quoted on Milwaukee-Area Transactions

Partner Steve Barth was quoted in a Milwaukee Business Journal article, “Risking the Family Fortune on the Next Generation: Milwaukee-Area Execs Tell Their Stories,” on November 20, 2015. The article discussed four Milwaukee-area family-owned businesses and their transitions. Barth, who advises businesses through strategic transactions, was quoted saying, “you have to take in the overall family considerations, including those who aren’t in the family business. Those are difficult heart-searching decisions to be made over a dinner table, or many dinner tables…With lots of family members, you have to take everyone’s goals and objectives into consideration.”
