Foley & Lardner was in a three-way tie for 26th place among law firms for most petitions filed on behalf of petitioners at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) last year, with 22 petitions, Managing IP reports in “2017 PTAB Rankings – The Top Petitioners, Patent Owners, Law Firms and Attorneys.”
Foley placed 45th among law firms involved in the most PTAB petitions overall, with 26 petitions.
