Partner Vanessa Miller was interviewed on KCBS radio about whether insurance will cover business related losses due to the coronavirus. According to Miller, most businesses will face an uphill battle trying to meet the threshold requirements of physical property damage to receive coverage for losses relating to the virus.
Miller, a litigation attorney in the Detroit office, is a member of Foley’s Coronavirus Task Force.
