Foley Advises CIVC Partners in Minority Investment in Signers National

Foley & Lardner LLP represented CIVC Partners as regulatory counsel in its strategic minority investment in Signers National, a tech-enabled insurance distribution platform focused on serving niche insurance markets.

Signers National, based in New York, has grown organically and through acquiring brokers and wholesalers with retail and program product offerings. The company now serves over 6,000 clients from seven locations throughout the United States. CIVC’s investment will support Signers National as it continues to expand organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Based in Chicago, CIVC invests in high-growth middle-market companies in the business services sector. Since 1989, the company has invested over $2.1 billion in 77 platforms.
