Foley adviseert Velocity One bij ondertekening fusieovereenkomst met EMCORE

Foley & Lardner LLP trad op als juridisch adviseur van Velocity One, een nieuw opgerichte holdingmaatschappij voor lucht- en ruimtevaartproductie, bij de ondertekening van een fusieovereenkomst met EMCORE Corporation, een leverancier van traagheidsnavigatieoplossingen aan de lucht- en ruimtevaart- en defensie-industrie. Volgens de overeenkomst wordt EMCORE een volledige dochteronderneming van Velocity One.

Velocity One will now have three industry leaders operating under its wing. In addition to EMCORE, it will comprise Cartridge Actuated Devices, Inc., a 50-year veteran designer and manufacturer of energetic devices, and Aerosphere Power, a manufacturer of power system solutions for commercial and military aerospace, military ground vehicles, and UAV applications. This strategic combination positions Velocity One as a global leader in aerospace and defense, enabling the company to capture new opportunities, strengthen its market position, and expand its shared customer base.
