Foley & Lardner LLP trad op als adviseur van HilltopSecurities in haar hoedanigheid van lead underwriter voor de eerste obligatieverkoop van de Fourth Ward Redevelopment Authority. Het syndicaat bestond ook uit Loop Capital Markets.
Proceeds from the sale of $30 million in Tax Increment Contract Revenue Bonds will be used for financing project costs included in the Authority’s Zone Financing Plan.
The Authority, a non-profit local government corporation, was authorized for creation by the city of Houston in 1999 to promote, develop, encourage, and maintain housing, educational facilities, employment, commerce, and economic development.
The Foley team was led by of counsel Ronald Green.
