Foley & Lardner LLP partner Kyle Faget and associate Jessa Boubker contributed to the Third Edition of the American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) Telehealth Law Handbook.

The Telehealth Law Handbook gathers health care legal authorities across the full range of telehealth issues to provide updated and expanded insights into the legal and regulatory requirements at state and federal levels, including a state-by-state coverage breakdown and practice tools.

Topics include telehealth delivery models, provider licensing, regulatory requirements for physicians and non-physician providers, payment and reimbursement rules, fraud and abuse enforcement, privacy and security obligations, liability considerations — including risks related to artificial intelligence — mobile health technology, and more.
