Foley Represents FloWorks in Acquisition of Cranford Equipment Company

Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to FloWorks International, a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, in its acquisition of Cranford Equipment Co. Inc (CEC).

CEC is a distributor of filtration products serving diverse industrial applications headquartered in Kenner, Louisiana. The acquisition, which expands FloWorks’ presence in industrial filtration, represents the seventh acquisition completed by FloWorks under Wynnchurch’s ownership.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, FloWorks is a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and provider of tailored technical solutions for MRO-focused applications. FloWorks serves customers across chemicals, downstream refining and renewables, high purity and sanitary, and other industrial end markets with product categories across valves and automation, corrosion resistant flow control, rotating equipment, flanges, filters and purifiers, and instrumentation.
