Madeline Grinnell is a business transactions attorney who advises and assists clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and secondary equity offerings. She began at Foley as a summer associate. During law school, Madeline worked as a law clerk for a large, nationally recognized, lodging and hospitality company and as a legal intern for a local nonprofit organization. Prior to law school, Madeline worked as a compliance analyst at a middle-market investment bank in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
