Jaide Lee Beverly



Jaide Lee Beverly is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s Tampa office, where she is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice.

Prior to joining Foley, Jaide was a health care law associate for a full service law firm where she drafted and negotiated various agreements on behalf of clients in the health care and life science industries to support and enable business operations, including clinical trial agreements, vendor agreements and professional service agreements. She also has extensive experience advising academic research institution clients in connection with internal investigations involving allegations of research misconduct and on regulatory and compliance issues in the areas of clinical research.

Additionally, Jaide has experience in other practice areas including commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense. Earlier in her professional career she was an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Florida and the Office of the State Attorney, Eighth Judicial Circuit.
