Jeremy Bledsoe is a special counsel and member of the Foley & Lardner’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.  Jeremy has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions.  Jeremy has conducted internal investigations on behalf of a wide array of clients, including to preempt or mitigate actions taken by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other enforcement agencies, and to assess and counsel clients on other business concerns including fraud, employee misconduct, and whistleblower allegations.

Jeremy also has extensive experience with facilitating the efficient review of large volumes of electronic data, including through the use of artificial intelligence and data analytic systems, in connection with internal and government investigations and complex commercial litigation.
