He is a member of Defense Research Institute, as well as the Milwaukee and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Bar Association. He is a former member and chairperson of the District II Committee of what was then known as the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility.
