Partner

Gardner F. Davis is a corporate lawyer advising boards of directors and special committees regarding fiduciary duty issues in various contexts. He also has extensive experience restructuring financially distressed enterprises, both inside and outside of bankruptcy. He is a partner in the firm’s Transactional & Securities, Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations, Private Equity, and Venture & Growth Capital Practices.

Gardner frequently represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisition transactions, from management buy-outs to combinations of large public companies. Since June 1, 2005, he has closed more than 150 mergers and acquisition transactions with an aggregate value of US$13 billion.
