Benjamin R. Dryden



Benjamin Dryden is a partner and antitrust lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He focuses his practice on antitrust issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and pre-closing counseling, representing clients in “second request” investigations before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission, and preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification filings. He also provides a full range of antitrust compliance and risk management services, with a particular focus on antitrust issues relating to labor and employment. Benjamin is a member of the firm’s Health Care Industry Team, and a member of the firm’s Antitrust, Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Distribution & Franchise, eDiscovery & Data Management, and Labor & Employment Practices.

Benjamin also maintains a broad practice representing businesses in complex civil litigation. He has litigated antitrust, constitutional law, breach-of-contract and regulatory disputes in federal and state courts across the country.
