Kelsey Finn is an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP in the Commercial Litigation practice group. At Foley, Kelsey represents clients across a variety of matters including complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, and contract disputes. Kelsey has added value to her case teams by drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, and assisting in trial preparation and trial. Kelsey has helped clients secure favorable results at most stages of litigation, including the pleading stage, summary judgment, mediation, and settlement.
Kelsey’s strong foundation in California procedure in particular and desire to mentor junior lawyers while navigating the legal profession is reinforced through her role as an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern Law School, where she teaches Civil Pretrial Practice to upper division students. Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey clerked for United States District Court Judge Dean D. Pregerson in the Central District of California.
