Overview

Jeffrey (Jeff) S. Gundersen is a partner and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP and is chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department.

Jeff provides counsel relating to patent acquisition and enforcement, product design, patent infringement matters, licensing and transactions. In addition to the preparation of intellectual property agreements, patent opinions and transactional due diligence opinions, he also counsels multi-national companies regarding global patent prosecution strategies. Jeff worked as a nuclear engineer for an energy company for several years before attending law school.
