Miguel Angel Hernandez Romo

Miguel Ángel Hernández Romo is a litigation attorney that focuses his practice on specializing in civil, commercial, arbitration, and bankruptcy proceedings. A professor and practitioner of law since 1961, Miguel is a former dean of his alma mater, Escuela Libre de Derecho, and a member of the American Law Institute where he was the chair and co-reporter for the Transnational Insolvency Project. He has authored several articles on Mexican civil, commercial, and procedural law. He is the only student to ever obtain the Emilio Rabasa award for a perfect score in each subject matter while attending law school.
