Stephen Moore



Stephen Moore is an associate in the Business Law department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Stephen is based in the Denver office where he is a member of the firm’s Transactions practice group.

Prior to joining Foley, Stephen was an associate for another firm in Colorado where he gained experience with corporate transactions, entity formations, startup financings, and M&A transactions. He began his legal career as in-house counsel serving an AI startup’s executive team and managing a wide variety of operational responsibilities as chief of staff. During law school, Stephen clerked for both the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission as well as Poulson, Odell, & Peterson.

Prior to law school, Stephen worked in public policy and lobbying, where he served as a Legislative Aide for the office of Governor Hickenlooper and a public policy director of a Colorado based think tank.
