- Represented a Houston private equity firm in the development of a crude tall oil fractionation facility in Texas
- Represented a major oil company in $10.5 billion share purchase with BHP Billiton pursuant to which the oil company agreed to acquire substantially all of BHP Billiton’s onshore US oil and gas properties
- Represented seller in $400 million sale of interest in offshore GOM oil and gas platform
