Joe represents clients across the health care industry in complex transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures and strategic affiliations. In addition to his M&A work, Joe regularly advises clients on nuanced health care regulatory issues and day-to-day governance, contracting, and operational matters.
