Eric Williams is a Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in the firm’s Houston office. Eric began his career with Foley as a summer associate in 2020 and 2021, where he performed legal research and analysis related to various commercial litigation issues and contractual disputes, drafted motions and briefs, and assisted with arbitration preparation.
During law school, Eric served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jennifer Walker Elrod, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Charles R. Eskridge III, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Eric also served as the Editor in Chief of the South Texas Law Review.
Before joining Foley, Eric gained over a decade of sales and business development experience working for various Fortune 500 sales organizations. More recently, Eric directed sales and marketing efforts as an equity partner in a Texas-based restaurant franchisee group. Eric brings to Foley an extensive background in business administration with a concentration in marketing and international business.
