Christopher Homsy is an experienced advisor to companies and investors, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Chris is a member of the Transactions Practice Group, where he counsels companies and funds in complex corporate transactions, across various industry sectors, including technology, software, manufacturing, and consumer products. His practice focuses on business transactions, such as platform and add-on acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, divestitures, and other general corporate matters.

Before practicing law, Chris worked at KPMG LLP on the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team, where he advised medium and large corporate clients on various inbound and outbound transactions.
