Shaniya Raheja brings a solid foundation in transactional law and a strong commitment to client service to the firm’s Business Law Transactions Practice Group. Shaniya was a summer associate at Foley where she played a key role in drafting critical merger documents, including closing checklists and escrow agreements. She also assisted in due diligence efforts and client calls, further honing her skills in transactional work.

In addition to her experience at Foley, Shaniya served as a legal summer associate at Cummins Inc., where she executed key contract appendices and negotiated essential service terms for a major electronic vehicle charging company. She also collaborated with external counsel on regulatory research. Earlier in her career, she worked as a legal intern for the Public Defender’s Office in San Diego, where she interacted directly with clients and supported case preparation.
